This warehouse, located in St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands, received a new standing seam metal roof that was installed over an existing screw-down metal roof. The 80,000 sq. ft. project was made possible with the help of Roof Hugger retrofit roof framing.

The new roof was a 12” o.c. standing seam profile, rollformed on-site with a Knudson machine, from 316 alloy stainless steel.

The retrofit roofing contractor was Apco Building Systems, Lutz, FL.
