Summit Seed, Inc, located in Mateno, IL, sells turf grass seed mixtures designed for specific applications including residential lawns, sod producers, golf course, sports turf, and low maintenance turf. This commercial building includes a large warehouse, two-story office area, and large conference rooms.

The building was built using McElroy Metal’s Max-Rib Ultra panels, featuring a Galvalume substrate coated with a KYNAR 500® PVDF resin-based finish. KYNAR 500®-based metal roofing has been widely used in severe weather areas to reduce snow loading while providing long-term durability and color retention.

McElroy Metal of Bossier City, LA supplied the 17,270 sq. ft. of Evergreen and Beige Fluropon® finished metal panels that were installed by FBi Buildings of Remington, IN.
