The new facility for Tennessee Packaging Company in Loudon, TN is impressive throughout. It sports clean lines on the exterior with its sleek metal wall panels on the manufacturing area, and architectural metal roofing and exposed structural steel at the main entry. Metal systems from Varco Pruden Buildings were used to create the 157,503 sq. ft. facility.
Varco Pruden’s Rigid Frame systems were utilized for the construction of this project, along with SSR and SLR roof profiles and metal wall panels. The building’s exposed structural steel framing is a focal point of the state-of-the art reception area. At the same time, the Varco Pruden framing met the space requirements of the manufacturing/distribution areas that make up the bulk of the complex.
The Varco Pruden Builder was George W. Reagan Company of Knoxville, TN. The Designer was George Armour Ewart Architects, also of Knoxville, TN. The project was completed in February 2012.
