Texas Scenic, a 115,000 square foot facility in San Antonio, Texas, produces stage and theater materials and equipment. The building – featuring metal systems from Mid-West Steel Building Company - includes 75,000 square feet of warehouse space and 40,000 square feet of two story space.

PBR panels were used for roof, end wall and sidewall. The roof is a 1:12 slope.

The general contractor was LoneStar Construction of Houston, TX; the erector and roofing contractor was L & Y Construction. Steve Husmann was the designer.
