The Montrose Fire Department Station #2 is located in Montrose, CO. The 9,971 sq. ft. facility utilized a Rigid Frame metal building system by VP Buildings.

The exterior walls are a combination of vertical Vee Rib panels and horizontal Corrugated panels; colors are Egyptian White and Hemlock Green. Masonry/rock wainscote is also used on the exterior. The building has a tower that is used as part of the vehicle exhaust system. The roof is VP Buildings’ SSR standing seam roofing, formed from Galvalume-coated steel.

The VP Buildings authorized builder was Ridgway Valley Enterprises Inc., Montrose, CO. Cole & Russell Architects, Cincinnati, OH, was the designer. The project was completed in April 2007.
