Pelster Construction, an American Buildings Company (ABC) Authorized Builder, developed a new retail building in Fremont, Nebraska to be leased to national tenants.

The project features one 19,805-square-foot building with three single slope parts composed of metal building frames and covered by Standing Seam 360 roof panels. The use of metal helped develop the basic structure of a simple single slope building and a metal roof was utilized to save money. Additionally, the use of the metal building structure helped speed up the construction timeline to meet the demands of the tenants’ schedules.

For their work on the project, Pelster Construction was awarded first place in the 2014 ABC Excellence in Design Awards in the Retail category. The ABC Excellence in Design Awards recognize Builders and Roofers for their innovation in design and metal systems construction.
