Lord Constructors, Inc., an American Buildings Company (ABC) authorized Builder, constructed Inland Kenworth’s new truck dealership in El Cajon, Calif., to help serve its growing customer base.

Lord Constructors designed the new 18,040-square-foot building with a rigid framing style, reflective white Long Span III roof panels and slate grey Architectural III wall panels. The panels were coated with SmartKote® paint designed to reflect solar rays more effectively and reduce the amount of heat that is absorbed into the respective building, saving heating and cooling costs.

Headquartered in Upland, Calif., Lord Constructors was awarded first place in the 2013 ABC Excellence in Design Awards in the “transportation” category for their work on Inland Kenworth. ABC’s Excellence in Design Awards program recognizes builders and roofers for their innovation and distinction in design.
