Schoenfeld Interiors’ 22,000 sq. ft. retail sales facility in Bellevue, WA, used rigid frame, continuous beam and unibeam lean-to framing from VP Buildings.

The building is covered by SLR-2 roofing in a Cool Weathered Copper color. The walls are a combination of Classic Beige colored Vee Rib panels, along with masonry and EIFS.

The metal building contractor was Baugh Building Systems, Redmond, WA. The project was designed by Lawrence M. Campbell, Architect, Renton, WA. The project owner is Buchan Brothers Investment Properties, Bellevue, WA.
