The Town Toyota dealership in East Wenatchee, WA, has the distinction of being the first in the United States to be remodeled under the guidelines of Toyota’s latest image program. Charged with transforming the dealership’s facilities was Scott Rice Architects of East Wenatchee.
The architect’s design solution for the dealership’s existing showroom called for the utilization of nearly 1,500 sq. ft. of ALPOLIC® ACM (aluminum composite wall material) panels in two custom colors: Toyota Red and Toyota Silver.
Mitsubishi Chemical FP America Inc. of Chesapeake, VA, manufactured the 4mm-thick material, which has .020” aluminum face and liner sheets sandwiched around a polyethylene core. It was fabricated into panels and then installed by Bestworth-Rommel Inc. of Arlington, WA.
Hale & Long of East Wenatchee was the project’s general contractor.
