Westfield San Francisco Centre held their grand opening in September 2006, with the distinction of being the largest shopping center west of the Mississippi River.

CENTRIA’s Formawall® Dimension Series® was selected to clad the façade of Bloomingdale’s. Compared to traditional multi-component wall construction – typically requiring seven separate components including: a rainscreen, an air barrier, exterior gypsum sheathing, fiberglass insulation and a vapor barrier – Formawall Dimension Series only requires one component to create a wall with superior thermal efficiency and moisture control in any environment.

The architect was Kohn Pederson Fox Associates, New York, NY. The general contractor was The Westfield Group, Los Angeles, CA. The CENTRIA dealer/installer was Pacific Erectors, Chino, CA. The CENTRIA product used was Formawall® Dimension Series® in Silver Metallic.
