Charlotte International Trade Center Parking Deck


The Charlotte International Trade Center Parking Deck in Charlotte, NC, is a retrofit project using CENTRIA’s stainless steel perforated Style-Rib. The EcoScreen® Perforated Screenwalls contain a high percentage of recycled content and are themselves recyclable. The material is lightweight, requiring limited structural material usage.

In many applications, EcoScreen Perforated Screenwalls provide other environmental benefits including the reduction or elimination of artificial lighting, fresh air ventilation, and reduced light pollution. EcoScreen, made with stainless steel and 100% renewable energy, earned the first ever Cradle To Cradle Gold CertificationCM for exterior building products.

The architect was Little Diversified Architectural Consultants, Charlotte, NC. Artist was Ned Kahn – Wind Tiles, Sebastopol, CA. The CENTRIA dealer was Seco, Charlotte, NC. General contractor was Rogers Builders, Charlotte, NC. The CENTRIA product used on the Charlotte International Trade Center Parking Deck was EcoScreen® perforated Style-Rib Stainless Steel panels.
