Equipment Finance Industry Confidence Rises In July

Washington, DC –The Equipment Leasing & Finance Foundation (the Foundation) has released the July 2023 Monthly Confidence Index for the Equipment Finance Industry (MCI-EFI). The index reports a qualitative assessment of both the prevailing business conditions and expectations for the future as reported by key executives from the $1 trillion equipment finance sector. Overall, confidence in the equipment finance market is 46.4, an increase from the June index of 44.1.

AIA/Deltek Billings Index Stable In June

Washington, DC – Architecture firms reported flat billings in June, according to the latest Architecture Billings Index (ABI) from the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and Deltek. The ABI score was 50.1 for June, down slightly from May's score of 51.0. Although growth in June was weaker than May, this marks the first time since last fall that there have been two consecutive months of scores above 50 (any score above 50 indicates an increase in firm billings).
