The unique and attractive Fort Hill Brewery totals over 9,400 sq. ft. and is comprised of six buildings. Featuring metal products from Star Building Systems, the project, which is located in Easthampton, MA, utilized Star’s DoubleLok roof panels in Medium Bronze and Colonial Red PBR panels on the walls which are complemented by a brick façade which was installed at the front entrance. The metal building provided the required clearance for brewery operations and the barn-like look the owner wanted.

Six inch, R-19 batt insulation was used in the walls and the roof has an R-30 bag and sag system.

The Star Builder on this project was Forish Construction Company, Inc., Westfield, MA. The project was completed in 2013 and was selected Best of Small Commercial Category and Best of New England District in Star’s 2013 Master Builder contest. It was also the recipient of the Master Builder Builder’s Choice award, which is selected by other Star Builders.

Andrejs Strikis, Centerville, MA, was the architect on the project and the steel erector was American Steel Erectors, Bristol, CT.
