Varco Pruden Buildings’ framing is featured in the additions and renovations that took place at Bob Richards Toyota in North Augusta, SC. The 28,988 sq. ft. auto dealership includes new Rigid Frame construction by Varco Pruden that was added to an existing metal building system.

The complete renovation of the dealership facility doubled the building’s size to approximately 30,000 sq. ft., including showrooms, offices, customer service areas and service bays.

Varco Pruden’s Galvalume-coated steel roofing was used on the project in a Panel Rib profile. Panel Rib was also selected for use on exterior walls in Arctic White. Among the other materials used for the additions and renovations were: stucco, aluminum composite material (for wall panels and storefront entrances), EIFS, EPDM roofing, specialty wood ceilings, acoustical ceilings, and resilient flooring.

The Varco Pruden Builder was R.W. Allen LLC of Augusta, GA. The Designer was Studio 3 Design Group of Augusta, GA. The project was completed in May 2012.
