Owned by the Iowa Athletic Foundation, this state-of-the-art facility is now the largest youth sports complex in the state and is set to become a central hub for youth athletics across the region.

To give 5400 Explorer Drive a distinctive architectural identity suited for such a high-visibility location, Baldassarra Architects incorporated insulated metal panels (IMPs) from Kingspan Insulated Panels to ensure the design balanced both performance and visual appeal.

The Vietnamese American Service Center (VASC) promotes the health and wellness of the Vietnamese American community in Santa Clara County, Calif. Residents of Sevierville, Tenn., take full advantage of the activities offered by the Sevierville Community Center.
