I-40 Solar Farm Information & Welcome Center

In 2012, the West Tennessee Solar Farm officially began generating power. In January 2018, the farm's Visitor Center, which is also a State of Tennessee Welcome Center, was added to the site. The $3.4 million, 14,000 sq. ft. building is clad with Tee Panel metal roofing and wall panels from Berridge Manufacturing Co.

1 North 4th Place

A surge of new residential units is set to be constructed in the Williamsburg area of Brooklyn over the next several years. Kicking off this building frenzy is 1 North 4th Place. Sitting along the chic and lively Williamsburg waterfront, the 46-story luxury high-rise features on its exterior metal composite wall panels from Laminators Inc., Hatfield, PA.

100 Above The Park

For the 100 Above The Park landmark residential tower near the Gateway Arch in St. Louis, the texture and finish of the prominent metallic surfaces needed to be just right. Anodized aluminum from Lorin Industries was selected for the corrugated rainscreen panels and flat trim panels on the façade as well as for fabricated "blades" over the garage area.

100 Hood Park

Metalwërks® played a critical role in the development and construction of 100 Hood Park in Boston, Mass. A mixed-used building that combines retail and commercial space with a four-floor parking garage, 100 Hood Park is one of a number of new structures at a master-planned urban campus that is transforming a section of the city dating back to the 17th century.

100 Park

When it was constructed in the 1950s, 100 Park helped New York City's Park Avenue become a desirable business address. Five decades later, Moed de Armas & Shannon Architects of NYC were commissioned to transform the once-modern steel and glass tower into a “New Modern Classic”. The design team accomplished that goal, in part, by covering the building's exterior with metal wall panels fabricated from Reynobond® aluminum composite material (ACM).

100 Rock

Architect Enrique Norten calls Rutgers Business School's new 100 Rock building both a landmark and a gateway. The $85 million structure, located on Rutgers University - New Brunswick's Livingston campus in Piscataway, NJ, has an iconic presence and was designed in such a way as to straddle the campus' main entry road. Lending to the unique building's visual interest is a multi-faceted rainscreen metal cladding, fabricated by Metalwërks®, a division of Metal Sales & Service, Kennett Square, PA.

101 Bedford Avenue

Luxury and spaciousness were top of mind for Karl Fischer Architects, the New York City design firm responsible for 101 Bedford Avenue in Brooklyn, NY. The 351-unit building, which covers nearly the entire block, is located just across the street from a park and is one subway stop away from the city. Surrounding the top of the building are Omega-Lite aluminum composite panels from Laminators Incorporated of Hatfield, PA.

1010 On The Rhine

Dubbed 1010 On The Rhine, a mixed-use structure in Cincinnati features classical skyscraper massing that helps it fit into the surrounding historic district, and a unique metal panel and glass façade that makes sure it stands out in the city’s skyline. Petersen supplied approximately 44,000 sq. ft. of Flush Panels in .040-gauge aluminum for the project, in a variety of finishes.

10-50 Jackson Avenue

10-50 Jackson Avenue is a luxury condominium that is part of the transformation of Long Island City into one of the most exciting new locations of urban life in the New York Metropolitan Area. The 20-story building was designed by Gene Kaufman Architects of New York City. Known for their use of distinctive and innovative exterior materials, the architect selected Omega-Lite® ACM panels, manufactured by Laminators Inc. of Hatfield, PA.

116 University Avenue

A metal fabric shading system from Cambridge Architectural delivers a smart and fresh design for 116 University Avenue, matching the building's place and purpose in the heart of high-tech Palo Alto, CA. The building is among 10 that make up the campus of Internet giant Facebook. Situated between Stanford University and downtown Palo Alto, the new structure houses the Facebook Cafe – the company's upscale employee cafeteria, as well as the offices of Joseph Bellomo Architects, the building's designer.

1221 South Congress Ave.

A new tenant-lease space is grabbing attention in Austin, Texas, because it has changed the vibe of the 12-structure Statehouse Building apartments on South Congress Avenue while still maintaining the “Keeping Austin Weird” vibe. A confidential financial tech firm worked with architect Gensler to make a unique work space at 1221 South Congress Ave., incorporating Flex-C Trac and Flex-C Angle from Flex-Ability Concepts.

123 East Cermak Hotels

Featuring 466 guest rooms, an indoor pool, four restaurants and 7,000 feet of meeting space, Hilton WorldWide's first-ever tri-branded hotel recently opened in Chicago. Featured on the building's exterior is more than 2,100 BENCHMARK panels from Kingspan Insulated Panels, finished with custom shades of Sherwin-Williams paint.

153rd Street Rail Station - The Bronx, NY

For many riders, the most exciting stop along the entire MTA Metro-North Rail Line in New York City is also one of the newest—the 153rd Street Station in the Bronx. Completed in May 2009, it is the point of arrival and departure for baseball fans by the tens of thousands who flock to games at the new Yankee Stadium. Passengers with an eye for metal construction products will be hard-pressed to miss one of the station’s most distinctive gateway features—a double-S-curved metal canopy roof that covers the stairs leading to and from the elevated platform. The profile used on the canopy and another featured on other elements at the station were by Englert Inc.

1600 Broadway On The Square

Tradition holds that there’s nothing quite like celebrating New Year’s Eve as the ball drops in New York City’s Times Square. For any number of residents of 1600 Broadway on the Square, a new 25-story residential condominium and retail tower located on the northern end of the bustling Times Square district, savoring the celebration is as easy as walking out onto their own private balconies. Alucobond® Aluminum Composite Material (ACM) by Alcan Composites USA was chosen as exterior cladding for the building as well as for the prominent signage. Approximately 68,000 square feet of Alucobond Plus in the 4mm thickness and custom Duranar Whale Gray color was fabricated and installed with a rout and return system by Kenneth J. Herman, Inc., of Amityville, N.Y.

1611 West Division

It is not easy to find affordable apartment rentals in Chicago. The pace of new multi-family housing construction hasn’t been fast enough to meet the demand. Sometimes though, these new buildings turn out to be worth the wait. That's certainly true in the case of 1611 West Division, an 11-story apartment building clad predominantly with BENCHMARK by Kingspan Designwall™ 1000 architectural metal panels.

164 St. Parking Garage At Yankee Stadium

Distinct and memorable metal fabric panels from Cambridge Architectural clad the exterior of the 164th Street Garage, one of three newly constructed parking garages serving the new Yankee Stadium in Bronx, NY. The 190-space garage lies adjacent to new Yankee Stadium on 164th Street between River Avenue and Jerome Avenue, almost as if it’s connected to the stadium itself. The structure’s west-facing side sits right next to the stadium’s entrance at Gate 2, which leads to the Yankees Lobby.

1863 Club At Saratoga Race Course

A stunning copper Field-Lok standing seam roof is showcased on the 1863 Club at the historic Saratoga Race Course in Saratoga Springs, NY. The building won first place for the category of commercial roofs in ATAS International’s project of the year awards for 2019.

1st Mariner Bank Tower

Located in the Canton section of Baltimore, MD, near the vibrant Inner Harbor area, the 1st Mariner Bank building is a recognizable landmark on the scenic landscape. Playing a prominent role in the sleek but dignified appearance of the high-rise structure is metal roofing by Metal-Fab Manufacturing (MetFab).

2000 McKinney Office Complex

The new 21-story 2000 McKinney office complex is located in the Uptown District of Dallas, TX. The busy, developing area contains a mix of commercial, residential, and retail establishments. From the inside, the 2000 McKinney building features dramatic, unobstructed views of Downtown Dallas and the nearby Arts District. From the outside it has a unified upscale appearance with its six-story parking structure merged into the overall look by Kalzip perforated and solid aluminum material.

219 Withers Street

Omega-Lite® aluminum composite material wall panels add to the modern look of a recently completed apartment building in Brooklyn, NY. Michael Muroff Architects of New York City designed the 219 Withers Street structure, which features on its exterior approximately 2,000 sq. ft. of the panels. They were fabricated at the job site and installed by Imperial Glass Works using Laminators' proprietary Clip & Caulk attachment system.
