Ron Bailey and his parents opened the first Bailey's furniture store in 1990 in Anchorage, AK. Today, the retailer has seven locations, including a recently completed 120,000 sq. ft. superstore constructed with a Butler Metal Building System. It is the largest furniture outlet in the state and features room settings, artistic décor, a 2-story indoor waterfall, a skylight, and high-cube rack storage in the warehouse space. Thomas Faulkenberry & Associates designed the impressive new facility while McGee Industries was the builder.
