2330 Hoffman

Located in the heart of the Little Italy neighborhood in the Bronx, NY, 2330 Hoffman is an exclusive lifestyle community completed in 2018. The property features luxury residences in a wide variety of styles, as well as attractive amenities, including a shared roof deck located on the premises. This project took first place in the category of residential walls for ATAS International’s 2018 project of the year awards.

24 Hour Fitness Club - Portland

The exterior of the new 24 Hour Fitness Club in Portland, OR is glass and steel with a band of bronze-colored metal panels woven horizontally around its middle. The Rommel Architectural Partnership LLP designed a series of vertical projecting frames to create the structure’s strong architectural attraction. These decorative and useful elements are made from Kalzip 65/305 material in .040" aluminum with a 6-on-8-inch perforated pattern.

250 South Wacker

At the time of its purchase by D2 Realty, the 250 South Wacker building in Chicago needed work. But the new owners were prepared to do far more than the minimum to help the building realize its true market potential. With an investment of $25 million and the help of architects Bauhs Dring Seglin Main of Chicago, D2 essentially remade the 1950's era building into a modern, energy efficient mid-rise. As part of the 15-story structure's extensive makeover, the exterior was re-skinned with a rainscreen cladding featuring Reynobond® ACM from Alcoa Architectural Products. The new wall system was engineered by Shaffner Heaney Associates of South Bend, IN and installed by M.G. McGrath of Maplewood, MN.

260 North Josephine

Unique zoning requirements had to be taken into consideration during all phases of the 260 North Josephine project in the heart of Denver’s Cherry Creek North Shopping District. The exterior finish is comprised of glass, wood and metal, including IW Series metal rainscreen panels from CENTRIA.

28th Street Apartments

The extensive restoration and expansion of the landmark 28th Street YMCA in Los Angeles, CA brings the valuable neighborhood organization back to its roots as an empowering community center with safe, affordable housing. The new design by Koning Eizenberg Architecture, Los Angeles, adds a slim steel-and-wood-framed building. Adorning it is a custom-designed perforated aluminum screen by CR Laurence and U.S. Aluminum.

3 Maple Parking Garage

The parking garage at 3 Maple in Essex Junction, VT won the first-place award in the accents category in ATAS International’s 2021 project of the year competition. Custom perforated panels in Regal Blue .125 aluminum were installed on this building.

3001 Dallas Parkway

The 16th building in the award-winning Hall Office Park in Frisco, TX has opened to great acclaim. Identified as 3001 Dallas Parkway, the 8-story, 200,000 sq. ft. Class AA office building enjoys a prominent location in the sprawling 162-acre office park developed by Hall Financial Group. Among the materials utilized for its construction were RHEINZINK titanium zinc cladding panels. RHEINZINK is a product of RHEINZINK America Inc., Woburn, MA.

301 North Elm Street - Greensboro

With its distinctive architectural design, convenient access to major roadways, high-end residential neighborhoods, upscale shopping and proximity to fine restaurants, 301 North Elm Street is recognized as one of the most prestigious office buildings in the Greensboro area. But for its positives, the 10-story office tower, originally constructed in 1980, was showing its age. Thanks to a new metal skin from Laminators Inc., that’s no longer the case.

30Avenue

Serving as a gateway to Florida’s scenic highway 30A, the new 30Avenue mixed-use development is within easy walking distance to several famed beaches on northwest Florida’s panhandle. The distinctive complex, featuring metal roofing from Petersen, offers 130,000 sq. ft. of combined retail and office space.

310th Space Wing Headquarters

The 310th Space Wing Headquarters houses the 310th Space Wing Staff, Security Forces Squadron and personnel from the 310th Military Personnel Flight and Mission Support Squadron. In addition to requiring roof and wall products that would stand the test of time, the building had to provide a clean, well-maintained environment. With the help of roof and wall products from Firestone Building Products, those edicts were met.

36 Park

With a laundry list of amenities and 21 unique floor plans to choose from, the new 36 Park luxury apartment community in St. Louis Park, MN, is bound to attract a lot of interest from prospective tenants. Helping guarantee their first impression of the building is a good one, HOK incorporated Bright Silver-finished Omega-Lite ACM panels from Laminators Inc. on the exterior.

3S Artspace

The Seacoast region of New Hampshire is in the wake of an artistic and cultural spring and it's due in part to the recent opening of 3S Artspace, a 10,000 square foot multipurpose building combining three key spaces-performance space, gallery, and restaurant. An adaptive reuse project, McHenry Architecture resurrected the concrete structure with a raw industrial vibe, due in part to weathering steel cladding by MetalTech-USA.

4/Way House

Deegan-Day Design & Architecture designed the 4/Way House as a weekend retreat to maximize natural scenic views, while taking a protective stance against the elements including wildfire. Sitting on 2.5 acres atop a southeast-facing ridge in the Santa Monica Mountains, the 2,250-square-foot single-family home is located in a California community called Skyhawk Lane in Topanga, near Malibu.

400 Dexter is a large eco-friendly development in Seattle that brings together science and technology tenants. For such occupants, an innovative, welcoming and advanced look was desired. Citadel Architectural Products’ GlazeGuard® 1000 WR+ was selected to add sophisticated appeal to the structure.

401 Lofts Apartment Building

The new 401 Lofts apartment project in downtown Akron, OH is geared toward young professionals and students. The upscale development includes amenities such as a fitness center, computer lab, 15-person movie screening room and yoga studio. Helping create a hip, stylish look on the development’s exterior were ProCore™ panels from Citadel Architectural Products.

For nearly 50 years, Duranar® coatings by PPG have protected and beautified famous structures such as the Louvre Pyramid, so it is fitting that the product was specified on 432 Park Avenue in New York, which opened in 2016 as the tallest residential tower in the world.

46-09 11th Street Apartments

Far from the soaring glass towers of the waterfront, Long Island City is experiencing a surge in residential development. One such development, 46-09 11th Street Apartments, is drawing the area’s population farther inland. Standing 6 stories, this 65,000 sq. ft. development features a 200 ft., block-long façade bisected by a perforated aluminum screen wall, engineered and fabricated by MetalTech-USA.

500 Wabash

Indiana State University’s 2009 housing project plans came to life in the fall of 2015 with the completion of a new student housing complex, 500 Wabash Ave in Terre Haute, IN. The exterior of the 128,547 sq. ft., five-story mixed-use retail/housing complex is designed to look like a row of smaller buildings, portions of which are clad with Omega-Lite ACM panels from Laminators Inc.

550 Berkshire
