Reroof Market Index Survey Shows Improved Opportunities In Q4 2021

AGC Reports Construction Spending In December 2021 Increased For The Month And Year

Arlington, VA - Construction spending increased in December compared to both November and a year ago thanks to growing demand for residential construction, according to an analysis of federal spending data the Associated General Contractors of America released today. Association officials noted, however, that spending on private nonresidential construction was flat for the month and down compared to a year ago while public sector construction spending fell for both the month and the year.

AIA's Billings Index Ends 2021 On A High Note

Washington, DC – As architecture firms ended 2021 on a high note with strong business conditions, staff recruitment is becoming a growing concern among firms. December’s Architectural Billings Index (ABI) score of 52.0 was an increase from 51.0 in November (any score over 50 indicates billings growth).
