Zeidler Residence

The Zeidler Residence south of Santa Cruz, CA, borrows design influences from both Morocco and Japan. The upscale home, designed by Steve Ehrlich Architects of Culver City, CA, features a wide mix of construction materials and finishes, including burnished concrete block, stainless steel, cast glass, steel-troweled stucco, walnut millwork and zinc wall panels, manufactured from Reynobond® zinc composite material (ZCM) using RHEINZINK® zinc from RHEINZINK America Inc.

Ziba Headquarters

On its website, Ziba, a design and innovation consulting firm based in Portland, OR, makes the statement, “We exist to design beautiful experiences.” The company’s headquarters, located on the edge of Portland’s Pearl District and completed as Ziba celebrated its 25th anniversary, speaks to this quote. Joining an expansive wall of glass along the building's main facade are single skin metal rainscreen panels from Morin, a Kingspan Group Company.

Zibi Block 211

Zibi Block 211 is an eight-story “state-of-the-art, Class A office project” in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. Alucoil’s larcore® panels played a significant role in the success of the project, helping the architect “perfectly achieve the expression we were looking for.”

Zion Crossroads Health Clinic

The construction of the new Zion Crossroads Health Clinic in Zion Crossroads, VA was completed in May 2012. The two-phased process involved the construction of a core building, two-story ambulatory healthcare shell, general practice clinic, radiology/imaging area and an outpatient surgery center. The facility’s design strikes a balance between traditional and contemporary, with ALPOLIC aluminum composite material from Mitsubishi Plastics Composites America Inc. helping to convey the latter.

ZipCity

C. Tucker Cope & Associates Inc., American Buildings Company (ABC) Authorized Builder, used a metal building system to complete ZipCity™, an 18,000 square-foot facility in Streetsboro, Ohio that contains what is described as the first indoor zip line and trampoline park in the world.

Zoller Inc. Headquarters

Zoller Inc.’s headquarters in Ann Arbor, MI, achieved the company's distinct, corporate-branded façade by relying on CENTRIA Formawall®’s ingenuity and customization. CENTRIA, a leading building envelope science company, provided approximately 24,500 square feet of Formawall high performance building envelope system for the 44,000 square-foot building.
