The Village At Santa Monica

The Village at Santa Monica is the first major residential development to be built on Santa Monica’s prime Ocean Avenue in the last 20 years. The project combines 158 luxury condos and 160 apartments with shops and restaurants. Tall by Santa Monica standards, the mixed-use development rises to 10 stories and includes 20,000 square feet of retail space plus walkable plazas and gardens. Accenting its exterior is RHEINZINK titanium zinc.

The Waller At Symphony Square

The Waller at Symphony Square in Austin, TX, is a mixed-used development with a high-rise multi-family residential tower and an office building. The project presented a unique opportunity to design a structure that would not only set a new standard for downtown living but enhance the city’s skyline. The project’s architect, R2L Architects, chose ALUCOBOND PLUS to help bring the design vision to life.

The Watershed

The Institute of Contemporary Art (ICA) in Boston has named its new addition the Watershed, a reference both to its location along Boston Harbor and what museum leadership hopes the new venue will symbolize for the city’s arts community. Featured on the new addition are a pair of unique concept doors from Schweiss Doors of Hector, MN.

Theodore Roosevelt Visitor Center

The new Theodore Roosevelt Visitor Center at the Theodore Roosevelt National Wildlife Refuge near Onward, Miss., provides interpretive information for both the refuge and the six other properties that make up the refuge complex. Its design, including a classic, farm-style metal roof from Petersen, is a direct reflection of the area’s agricultural roots.

Theresa Banks Aquatic Center

EXTECH, Exterior Technologies, Inc. of Pittsburgh, PA recently designed and installed Macrolux IR multi-wall sheet, supplied by CO-EX Corporation, into the skylight glazing of the Theresa Banks Aquatic Center in Glenarden, MD. The 16mm thick Macrolux sheet offered high light transmission for great natural lighting along with good thermal insulation values to reduce the cost of heating the center, and at the same time increasing patron comfort.

Thirty75 Tech

After completion in August of 2022, Thirty75 Tech in California’s Santa Clara Valley has been racking up accolades and major architectural awards for its design and animated façade. Since more than half of the building’s envelope has southern and western solar exposure, a sunshade system - with vertical louvers that are strategically rotated to fixed angles - was devised, featuring coatings from PPG.

Thunder Valley Casino Resort

In the California casino market, staying relevant is vital to a casino’s success. Thunder Valley Casino Resort in Lincoln, CA, underwent a complete exterior renovation to attract more patrons and improve its building performance. This was accomplished with Shadow Series wall panels from Dri-Design.

TIDE Academy

Safe, engaging, enriching, interactive. This is the design basis of TIDE Academy (Technology, Innovation, Design and Engineering) in Menlo Park, CA. TIDE Academy is a STEM high school that utilizes Dri-Design Perforated Series Panels as both sunscreen and ornamental railing on portions of the building.

Timberline Bank Headquarters

After two years of planning and 14 months of construction, Timberline Bank has a new headquarters. Located on Market Street in Grand Junction, CO, the full-service banking facility is designed for work collaboration, practicality, performance, and aesthetics. One of the products featured to give the building its distinctive, modern look was an aluminum composite panel system from Laminators Incorporated.

Timberline Learning Center

The Timberline Learning Center is the new childcare facility designed to provide affordable, quality care for 60 full-time children in the town of Breckenridge, CO. Since a nearby childcare center was closing soon, scheduling became a top priority for everyone involved with the project. Other project priorities included safety and security, sustainable design and budget. With the project priorities in mind, Omega-Lite, an aluminum composite panel manufactured by Laminators Inc., was selected as one of the exterior cladding materials for the facility.

Tinker Federal Credit Union

Tinker Federal Credit Union recently opened a new branch in Oklahoma City. Architectural firm Trinity Group Architects, Oklahoma City, took a prototype and further developed it to make a standard banking branch something to notice - with the help of curved framing products from Flex-Ability Concepts.

Tisch Art Barn

Whether it’s an “art barn” as he likes to call it or a “mini-museum” as others refer to it, the new 4,500 sq. ft. art and entertainment structure on the residential estate of billionaire Steve Tisch in Beverly Hills is a stunner. Part of the building's design success is owed to its exterior being wrapped entirely with titanium zinc from RHEINZINK America Inc.

Tivoli House

Architect Cameron McNall is known for incorporating fine art into his design concepts. His most recent project, the Tivoli House, is no exception. The home's uniqueness is due predominantly to the metal screen that conceals the front of the house. It was crafted from intricately cut ALPOLIC aluminum composite metal panels that were factory finished with Valspar paint.

With all its glitz, glamour and allure, erecting a new building in Las Vegas that can stand out from the crowd based upon its own merit is a momentous undertaking. With the help of a backup metal wall system from CENTRIA and architectural paint finishes from Valspar, the new T-Mobile arena does just that.

T-Mobile Arena, Las Vegas

Located just a block away from the Las Vegas Strip, T-Mobile Arena embodies the elements of its host city. With the bustling nightlife of the Strip to its east and the mountains and sprawling desert to the west, T-Mobile Arena is the perfect venue to stand in the heart of Las Vegas. The building’s metallic skin - created with products from CENTRIA - resembles the burnt golden hues of the desert that the town is built on.

Toro Headquarters

The Toro Company celebrated its 100th anniversary in 2014 at its world headquarters campus in Bloomington, Minn., shortly after unveiling a new three-story 75,000 sq. ft. building designed to provide expanded product development and testing areas as well as office, training and conference spaces. The facility features aluminum composite material from 3A Composites USA.

Total Ag Industries

Total Ag Industries is meeting growing demand with improved capabilities in farming operations at their new 57,000-square-foot office and manufacturing operation in Hillsboro, North Dakota. The impressive facility, which combines custom steel framing with conventional construction, was built by J.P. Structures Inc., an American Buildings Company (ABC) Authorized Builder.
