Utilized for its construction was 70,000 sq. ft. of Metl-Span CF-42 Mesa insulated metal wall panels. The general contractor on the project was Clark Construction, Bethesda, MD. The design team consisted of CH2M HILL, Herndon, VA and DMJM Design, San Francisco, CA.
