Church Of The Harvest

The growing congregation at the Church of the Harvest in Olathe, KS needed to greatly increase its worship capacity, and it was searching for a durable and attractive building. The combination of an engineered metal building from Butler Manufacturing with Tuff Wall panels from Metl-Span met the criteria and made everyone happy.

Mundelein Village Hall

After more than five years of planning within an unusual public-private partnership, a spectacular new village administration building has been completed in Mundelein Village, Ill. Featuring metal products from Petersen, the two-story, 32,000 sq. ft. structure, which achieved LEED Gold status, replaces an aging building that served as the town’s headquarters since 1929.

St. Joseph’s/Candler Hospital Renovation

As part of the 44-year-old St. Joseph’s/Candler Hospital $15 million renovation completed in 2015, CENTRIA Formawall® Dimension Series® insulated metal panels, Formavue™ (FV 400) Window System and C/S Louvers add both beauty and protection from the elements. The project’s end goal was to ensure sustainability and infuse modern architectural design into this Savannah, GA icon.

Argo At Tempe Town

The unique architectural design of the Argo at Tempe Town apartment complex included 90-foot “sails” as part of the structure. The Rain Screen attachment system with the Envelope 2000® panels from Citadel Architectural Products ensured a durable, watertight and attractive detail, welcoming residents and visitors.

Trane Sales Office, Madison

A new sales office for Trane in Madison, WI consists of three single-slope buildings, supplied by Star Building Systems, for a total square footage of 10,550. A Star metal building was chosen over conventional construction for cost effectiveness, open structure capability, and ease and flexibility of construction.

A tip from a neighbor led J.T. Strange to Schweiss Doors for a customized bifold liftstrap/autolatch door for the hangar adjacent to his home at Obannon Creek Aerodrome Airpark in Goshen, Ohio.

3S Artspace

The Seacoast region of New Hampshire is in the wake of an artistic and cultural spring and it's due in part to the recent opening of 3S Artspace, a 10,000 square foot multipurpose building combining three key spaces-performance space, gallery, and restaurant. An adaptive reuse project, McHenry Architecture resurrected the concrete structure with a raw industrial vibe, due in part to weathering steel cladding by MetalTech-USA.

Ivy Tech Community College Reroof

In 2015, the Kokomo campus of Indiana’s community college system, Ivy Tech Community College, was faced with needed repair of aging metal roofs on buildings constructed in the late 1970s and 1980s. Three Kokomo campus roofs that covered 83,042 square feet were reroofed using structural factory-notched sub-purlins from Roof Hugger of Lutz, FL.

T-Mobile Arena

With all its glitz, glamour and allure, erecting a new building in Las Vegas that can stand out from the crowd based upon its own merit is a momentous undertaking. With the help of a backup metal wall system from CENTRIA and architectural paint finishes from Valspar, the new T-Mobile arena does just that.

Christ Chapel West Campus

The rolling hills and natural curves of the Texas landscape served as inspiration for the design of the Christ Chapel West Campus in Willow Park, Texas. The building's organic spaces have curved ceilings and flooring to establish a natural flow that connects with the surroundings. These curves were created with Flex-C Trac from Flex-Ability Concepts.

Wilford Hall Ambulatory Surgical Center

The Wilford Hall Ambulatory Surgical Center at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, Texas, is the largest outpatient ambulatory care center in the Department of Defense. The $380-million phased project brought a LEED Gold facility that spans 670,000 square feet to Lackland Air Force Base. Among the materials featured on the facility, both inside and out, are Dri-Design wall panels.

Great Monument

Mexican President Enrique Peña Nieto officially inaugurated the Great Monument, commemorating the centennial of the Mexican Army, in a ceremony at Campo Marte in Mexico City. The monument integrates two dramatic elements that symbolize the strength of the Mexican Army and the work of the Armed Forces over 100 years. An important component in its design and construction was RHEINZINK material from RHEINZINK America Inc.

Historic LondonHouse in downtown Chicago underwent an extensive renovation, starting in 2013. The transformation of this luxury hotel, completed for a grand reopening in May 2016, included insulated metal panels from Metl-Span.

Marine Gateway

The Marine Gateway mixed-use development opened in the spring of 2016 in south Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, as the first major transit-oriented development integrated into Vancouver’s Canada Line rapid transit rail system. It’s also served by the South Vancouver Bus Loop. The project showcases color-changing aluminum composite (ACM) panels from 3A Composites USA.

Maryland Public Health Laboratories Administration Building

The new Maryland Public Health Laboratories Administration Building was part of the 235,000 square foot, five-level renovation project of a 40-year-old building in east Baltimore. The state-of-the-art laboratory facility, utilizing architectural metal products from CENTRIA, houses critical testing materials and equipment and annually conducts more than 10 million tests.

Mariano's Fresh Market - Oak Lawn, IL

The newest stand-alone Mariano’s Fresh Market grocery store in the fast-growing retail chain’s empire has opened in Oak Lawn, Ill. The store showcases a modern design using classical materials including metal products from Petersen, stone and glass. It is the anchor tenant in Phase II of the Stony Creek Promenade in Oak Lawn, Ill.

Hand-crafted copper elements now adorn St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church in Keller, Texas. Fabricated by CopperCraft, these custom design elements for a pavilion and sanctuary doors are in keeping with the Mission-style architecture frequently found in Texas.

CAID Industries Production Facility

A pair of large Schweiss Doors hydraulic crane doors were a key component in the erection of a new metal building designed to house two 30-ton, 60-foot cranes and two 20-ton, 43-foot bridge cranes.
