When JB Autosports Inc. needed a new headquarters, the company turned to NCI Building Systems Inc. for a comprehensive metal enclosure system that offers the best in aesthetics, performance and value. Integral to the solution was insulated metal panel systems from Metl-Span.

York Tech C-Building

Previously standing as the oldest building on the York Tech campus in Rock Hill, South Carolina, the C-Building was renovated at a cost of roughly $3 million and represents the first great step toward the remaining 120-acre campus’s renovations. In order to provide the façade with a dynamic look without breaking the bank, the architect specified CENTRIA’s Intercept Entyre modular metal panel system to equip the building with smooth expanses and sharp angles for varied and unique sightlines.

IMG Performance & Sport Science Center

The new IMG Performance & Sport Science Center is the capstone building of IMG Academy’s world-class athletic training facilities in Bradenton, Fla. Founded in 1978 by legendary tennis coach Nick Bolliettieri, IMG Academy is now internationally recognized as a premier multi-sport training and educational destination for amateur and professional athletes alike. PAC-CLAD metal panels by Petersen are featured on the facility.

BAM South

Soaring above Brooklyn’s thriving Fort Greene neighborhood, BAM South is a monument to the growing design possibilities associated with metal architecture and sophisticated design and modeling software. Designed by Enrique Norten of TEN Arquitectos, the 32-story structure features Reynobond aluminum composite material (ACM) panels by Alcoa Architectural Products (now Arconic Architectural Products) fabricated into pans and finished with Duranar XL fluoropolymer coatings by PPG.

Roxboro Lift Station

The new Roxboro Lift Station in Calgary, Alberta, Canada is built to withstand a once-in-a-century flood. But function wasn't the sole criteria in its design. It looks good too, blending in and standing out, thanks primarily to the use of cladding products from Kingspan Insulated Panels.

Sam's Tavern

Sam’s Tavern, located on Pike Street in Seattle’s South Lake Union neighborhood, is said to serve not only the best Bloody Mary in the city, but according to USA Today, one of the best in the entire country! As with any acclaimed bar or restaurant, seating at Sam’s can sometimes be hard to come by. To help boost capacity and provide the best possible experience for customers, the pub has a patio seating area that can be used rain or shine, thanks to the incorporation of glass-clad hydraulic doors from Schweiss Doors.

EBB Krone Building - Georgia Tech University

Though indiscernible from a distance, a closer look reveals something rather unique about the perforated panels that cover portions of the Roger A. and Helen B. Krone Engineered Biosystems Building at Georgia Tech University in Atlanta. The panels, manufactured by Morin, a Kingspan Group Company, feature not one, but two different hole sizes. The unusual pattern was the result of meticulous attention to detail on the part of the building’s design team and equally precise fabrication by the manufacturer.

The Lucas

Adaptive reuse serves as a way to ensure the integrity of an otherwise unused or even condemned structure. The recently completed residential building, The Lucas, in Boston, MA, transformed a former 19th century German Trinity Catholic Church into 33 contemporary livable spaces. The project features metal cladding fabricated by CEI Materials.

Boeing Delivery Center - Charleston, SC

Insulated metal wall panels offer a range of benefits that include energy efficiency, aesthetics and durability. Those qualities and more factored into the decision to utilize them for the construction of the Boeing Delivery Center in Charleston, SC. The building was completed in 2016 and features insulated metal wall panels and other cladding products from CENTRIA, finished with premium Fluropon® Classic paints from Sherwin-Williams.

Orlando City Stadium

Dri-Design Perforated Panels with custom painting created the trademark lion symbol for the Orlando City Soccer Club at its new stadium, the Orlando City Stadium in Orlando, FL. It was for many reasons that the perforated panels were the ideal choice for the scoreboard that displays the Lion Nation Pride.

Located in Elizabethtown, PA, the new Elizabethtown Brethren In Christ Church was expanded by Arthur Funk & Sons Inc. Construction Services of Lebanon, PA, an Authorized VP Builder. The project, which included a worship and welcome area and offices, utilized Varco Pruden Buildings' Rigid Frame system.

Land Remediation Inc. of Waterford, NY is a full-service environmental remediation company, offering a wide range of environmental construction services to industrial, commercial and residential clients. Like the work it performs, Land Remediation wanted its new office facility to be practical, which means long-lasting and efficient. Those qualities describe perfectly the Metl-Span insulated metal panels selected for the project.

Pulichino Tong Business Center - University Of Massachusetts Lowell

The Pulichino Tong Business Center was designed to be the crown jewel of University of Massachusetts Lowell’s Manning School of Business and stands as the face of the North Campus Innovation District on University Avenue. Insulated metal panels from CENTRIA helped to achieve that goal.

Serving as a gateway to Florida’s scenic highway 30A, the new 30Avenue mixed-use development is within easy walking distance to several famed beaches on northwest Florida’s panhandle. The distinctive complex, featuring metal roofing from Petersen, offers 130,000 sq. ft. of combined retail and office space.

Eleanor Boathouse

The new Eleanor Boathouse in Chicago’s Bridgeport neighborhood creates the opportunity for greater community recreation and environmental stewardship of the Chicago River. The 19,000 sq. ft. facility is noteworthy not only for its purpose but its design as well. Featured on its exterior are vertically oriented RHEINZINK Flat-Lock tiles, fabricated by Sheet Metal Supply of Mundelein, IL.

Weitman Hangar

It may look like Captain America’s home, but the house near North Plains, OR with a decorative star and big blue door actually belongs to Jim and Star Weitman, a free-spirited couple with a zest for life and passion for flying. Newly remodeled, their home includes an attached 40’ x 40’ hangar featuring a 38’-wide polycarbonate-clad bifold door—in blue—manufactured by Schweiss Doors.

The Confluence

Coming up with a name for one of Denver’s newest and tallest residential buildings was the easy part. The Confluence was built adjacent to Confluence Park, at the confluence of Cherry Creek and the South Platte River in Denver’s Lower Downtown. Coming up with the right look for the 35-story development was a trickier proposition, but thanks to the incorporation of metal wall panels from Morin, a Kingspan Group Company, the effort was successful.

Dancing Goat Distillery

1848 Construction Inc. of Middleton, WI, was the Authorized Varco Pruden Builder for a new distillery and bar establishment in Cambridge, WI. Designed by Sketchworks Architecture LLC, also of Middleton, Dancing Goat Distillery has a distinctive look that blends well with the surrounding vineyards.
