Spring Street Office Building

When a major Texas grocery distribution center expansion was planned to accommodate growing business, Green Span Profiles was chosen to supply the insulated metal panels for the new facility located in Houston.

Rosenwald Recreation Center

Construction of the new Rosenwald Recreation Center was a key component in the rebuilding of Council District B in New Orleans following Hurricane Katrina in 2005. Insulated metal panels from Metl-Span provide a durable and attractive aesthetic for the neighborhood.

With a laundry list of amenities and 21 unique floor plans to choose from, the new 36 Park luxury apartment community in St. Louis Park, MN, is bound to attract a lot of interest from prospective tenants. Helping guarantee their first impression of the building is a good one, HOK incorporated Bright Silver-finished Omega-Lite ACM panels from Laminators Inc. on the exterior.

Susquehanna Art Museum Renovation

The Keystone Trust Company, a former bank building circa-1924, lends itself as the entrance to the Susquehanna Art Museum as part of this retrofit project in Harrisburg, PA. Metal and glass are the materials that make up the panel envelope of this grand museum, providing both function and beauty to the building’s façade. The new metal façade - using products from CENTRIA - is now a work of art itself.

Westminster Woods On Julington Creek

Nestled in a semi-tropical paradise on an arm of the St. John’s River near Jacksonville, Fla., the new Westminster Woods on Julington Creek retirement community offers active seniors an ideal setting. The wooded 90-acre campus combines neighborhoods of detached villas, and garden and waterfront apartment homes featuring metal roofing from Petersen.

Robbins Hangar

Whenever he has down time, pilot Larry Robbins can be found hanging out at home in LaFollette, TN where he has access to his airplanes in an air park subdivision that features its own landing strip. His hangar is fitted with a bifold liftstrap door from Schweiss Doors. It measures 44' x 14-1/2' and is equipped with auto latches and a remote opener.

Boston Seaport Self Storage

Energy efficiency and appearance. Those two requirements were front and center in the planning of the Boston Seaport Self Storage facility in Beantown's Seaport District. And it was for those reasons the project's architect specified Optimo Smooth™ insulated metal wall panels by Kingspan Insulated Panels - North America.

Smithsonian National Museum Of African American History And Culture

When speakers at the groundbreaking ceremony include the sitting President of the United States, you know the building is important. And so it went when President Barack Obama stepped to the podium to commemorate the beginning of construction on the Smithsonian National Museum of African American History and Culture (NMAAHC) in Washington, DC. The building is special and so is the Valspar Corporation's multi-layer paint system that finishes the building's custom aluminum cladding.

Rock Hill Law Center

Challenging police work can be even more cumbersome when operating from offices the size of closets and without the proper technology. An expanded Rock Hill Law Center changed these work conditions for the municipal staff in Rock Hill, SC. The space’s new look was completed with Dri-Design Embossed Panels, bridging the original structure to the addition.

Church Of The Harvest

The growing congregation at the Church of the Harvest in Olathe, KS needed to greatly increase its worship capacity, and it was searching for a durable and attractive building. The combination of an engineered metal building from Butler Manufacturing with Tuff Wall panels from Metl-Span met the criteria and made everyone happy.

Mundelein Village Hall

After more than five years of planning within an unusual public-private partnership, a spectacular new village administration building has been completed in Mundelein Village, Ill. Featuring metal products from Petersen, the two-story, 32,000 sq. ft. structure, which achieved LEED Gold status, replaces an aging building that served as the town’s headquarters since 1929.

St. Joseph’s/Candler Hospital Renovation

Trane Sales Office, Madison

A new sales office for Trane in Madison, WI consists of three single-slope buildings, supplied by Star Building Systems, for a total square footage of 10,550. A Star metal building was chosen over conventional construction for cost effectiveness, open structure capability, and ease and flexibility of construction.

3S Artspace

The Seacoast region of New Hampshire is in the wake of an artistic and cultural spring and it's due in part to the recent opening of 3S Artspace, a 10,000 square foot multipurpose building combining three key spaces-performance space, gallery, and restaurant. An adaptive reuse project, McHenry Architecture resurrected the concrete structure with a raw industrial vibe, due in part to weathering steel cladding by MetalTech-USA.
