Park Place Lexus

The elegant lines of the new Park Place Lexus dealership building in Plano, Texas, embody the high-performance, luxury styling of the vehicles showcased inside, thanks in part to the Reynobond® aluminum composite materials and products by Kawneer—sister company to Alcoa Architectural Products—that form the building envelope. The $10-million-plus, 170,000 sq. ft. dealership houses new and pre-owned car showrooms and service facilities.

Park Square At Doral Parking Garage

Park Square at Doral completed a new parking garage in 2009 for its office and retail development in Doral, Florida. Using woven metal fabrics from GKD-USA, project developer, Shoma Development Corporation, and architect, Zyscovich Architects, were able to produce a unique, durable and aesthetically pleasing parking garage. The design of the garage called for a multi-dimensional, “checkerboard” pattern. To create the checkered appearance, 104 panels (26,000 square feet) of a custom varied weave of GKD’s Omega 1500, 1520 and 1570 were utilized on the garage’s concrete and stucco exterior.

Park Station Condominiums

A transit-oriented development (TOD), Park Station is a $27 million, 4-story, 99-unit infill condominium project in South San Francisco, CA. Immediately adjacent to a Bay Area Rapid Transit Station (BART), Park Station includes structured parking for up to 600 vehicles, fitness facilities, a recreation room with kitchen and media lounge, and is a short walk from local shops, restaurants, and open space. City officials wanted something special and distinctive for the site, so standing seam metal roof from Custom-Bilt Metals was selected for the project.

Parkview Health Systems

From a medical facilities standpoint, the new $58 million, 58,000 sq. ft. Orthopedic Hospital for Parkview Health Systems in Pueblo, Colorado is state of the art. Its modernity is aptly expressed through an exterior design that includes numerous colors of Omega-Lite® ACM panels by Laminators Inc. of Hatfield. PA.

Parkview West

Dri-Design’s proprietary copper anodized panels highlight the new 47-story Parkview West condominiums near Lake Michigan in Chicago. More than 33,000 sq. ft. of .063" aluminum Dri-Design panels complement the building's curved glass façade and masonry accents. The Dri-Design Wall Panel System is a patented, pressure-equalized rainscreen system known for its economy. The copper anodized panels chosen for this project are part of Dri-Design’s Specialty Series and provide the metallic quality of copper with an extremely hard and long-lasting finish. The panels will not patina.

Parkway Central High School Lab Addition

Parkway Central High School serves approximately 1,200 students in the Chesterfield, Missouri area. This 24,000 sq. ft. addition is the first major renovation since the original construction in 1961, and the first of three science wing renovations in the Parkway School District. The addition of the new science wing, using products from CENTRIA, helped to address issues arising from the school’s aging science facilities.

Partnership Building 3, Wichita State University

Developers of Wichita State University’s Innovation Campus have turned what was once the school’s golf course into a magnet for technology and manufacturing R&D leaders. Partnership Building 3 is one of the latest additions to the campus, and its contemporary façade highlights the versatility of metal wall panels from Petersen as it incorporates three different panel profiles into one coherent design.

Paseo South Gulch

Located in the heart of Nashville, TN, Paseo South Gulch is a lively new destination in one of Nashville’s most desirable neighborhoods. This dynamic project includes two new towers creating over 600 residential units, 18,000 sq. ft. of office space, and 14,000 sq. ft. of retail space. Featured on the project, lending a sophisticated design element, were Thermolite SE panels from Laminators Incorporated.

Paterson House

In 2007, a single-family home in Paterson, NJ, became the first on the East Coast and only the second in the entire country to earn Platinum certification under the U.S. Green Building Council’s LEED-H rating system. The home features integrated solar technology and an ULTRA-Cool-coated metal roofing system from Englert Inc. of Perth Amboy, NJ. It was built out of a partnership between the Public Private Partnership For Advanced Housing (PATH) and BASF to demonstrate how advanced industrial innovation can help build homes that are better for both their residents and the environment.

Pattengill Middle School

The design of the new Pattengill Middle School in Lansing, MI is intended to provide a flagship look for future Lansing School District facilities. The 200,000 sq. ft., 850-student institution delivers a “high tech, modern, up-to-date look” according to architect Jay Van Duren of GMB Architects, Holland, MI. Among the exterior building products chosen by the firm to help create the desired image were Dri-Design® dry-joint, pressure-equalized rainscreen panels. Approximately 9,000 sq. ft. of the aluminum panels in two thicknesses and sizes were installed on the school's exterior.

Paul F. Cullum Tower

The North Bergen, N.J., Housing Authority’s Paul F. Cullum Tower was built in 1972 to provide homes for low-income senior citizens and disabled individuals. While the 15-floor tower still met its primary goal, its exterior façade had faded and looked utilitarian at best. That was addressed with an exterior retrofit, completed in July 2013, which included the installation of Alucobond® aluminum composite material by 3A Composites USA.

Paul L. David Athletic Training Center

The football-crazy town of Massillon, Ohio, where NFL Hall of Fame coach Paul Brown once taught and coached high school football, now boasts an indoor athletic training facility that is larger and more modern than the one used by the National Football League's Cleveland Browns. It was constructed using a metal building system and metal roofing from Varco Pruden Buildings, and clad partially with smooth-faced insulated metal wall panels from Metl-Span. In addition to providing the desired aesthetics, the panels have the needed durability to withstand being hit with errant footballs.

Pavilion At The Toyota Music Factory

Everything is bigger in Texas. You’ll get no argument from visitors to the new Toyota Music Factory in Irving. The sprawling 16.7-acre entertainment complex features 20 restaurants and bars, a movie theater and even a bowling alley. The linchpin of the entire development is the Pavilion at The Music Factory, a 4,000-seat concert hall that can quickly convert to an 8,000-seat amphitheater by opening bifold liftstrap doors from Schweiss Doors.

Paws By The Lake

Paws By The Lake is a pet resort, daycare and clinic in Avon Lake, OH, that totals 27,662 square feet. A custom metal building by Star Building Systems was chosen for its gabled framework which allows for the architectural pitch of a colorful standing seam roof, while the ease of construction was of true value for the builder on this project. The Star Building Systems builder, general contractor and steel erector for the project was Star, Inc., Amherst, OH. The architect was Star Architectural Group/John Reyes, Amherst, OH.

Pearson Court Square

Though Englert Inc. is well-established in the metal roofing market, they are an up-and-comer on the wall panel side of the business. That makes it all the more fitting that one of the company's insulated metal panel profiles would be chosen for Pearson Court Square, a 15-story, 170,000 sq. ft. residential apartment building that is located in an area of Long Island City, NY that's considered an up-and-comer too.

Peggy And Charles Stephenson Cancer Center

The Peggy and Charles Stephenson Oklahoma Cancer Center is described as Oklahoma’s premier institution of cancer treatment and research. Housed on the University of Oklahoma campus, this 210,000 sq. ft. facility - featuring architectural products from CENTRIA - provides comprehensive cancer care to the surrounding region. This facility treats patient from the beginning to end stages of cancer and provides all treatment services at one fully integrated facility.

Penn Medicine Washington Square

The new Penn Medicine Washington Square outpatient medical facility opened in September 2013 in the Walnut Towers property at the corner of 8th and Walnut streets in Philadelphia’s Center City with plenty of parking. In fact, this new 12-story medical office tower – featuring aluminum composite material cladding from 3A Composites USA - was built over an existing seven-story garage featuring 600 parking spaces.

Penn Township Residence

ATAS International's CastleTop panels in three shades of green - Forest, Hemlock, and Patina - were used, along with Dove Grey Grand C panels, to create the unique façade of a striking residence in Penn Township, PA. The home won first place in the residential walls category of ATAS International’s 2019 Project of the Year competition.

Penn Yan Academy

Penn Yan Academy in New York’s picturesque Finger Lakes region provides an intellectually stimulating learning environment for students in grades 9 - 12. However, the actual building was woefully outdated and not conducive to a modern learning environment. New additions and renovations at the Penn Yan, NY-based academy have transformed this 1960s era building into a modern 21st century facility, integrating a variety of CENTRIA products.

Pepper Geddings Recreation Center

The City of Myrtle Beach was looking for an efficient method of dealing with some moisture and insulation issues at the indoor pool of the Pepper Geddings Recreation Center. Metl-Span’s Mesa insulated metal panel was chosen to solve the problems quickly and cost-effectively.
