The new Penn Medicine Washington Square outpatient medical facility opened in September 2013 in the Walnut Towers property at the corner of 8th and Walnut streets in Philadelphia’s Center City with plenty of parking. In fact, this new 12-story medical office tower – featuring aluminum composite material cladding from 3A Composites USA - was built over an existing seven-story garage featuring 600 parking spaces.

ATAS International's CastleTop panels in three shades of green - Forest, Hemlock, and Patina - were used, along with Dove Grey Grand C panels, to create the unique façade of a striking residence in Penn Township, PA. The home won first place in the residential walls category of ATAS International’s 2019 Project of the Year competition.

Penn Yan Academy in New York’s picturesque Finger Lakes region provides an intellectually stimulating learning environment for students in grades 9 - 12. However, the actual building was woefully outdated and not conducive to a modern learning environment. New additions and renovations at the Penn Yan, NY-based academy have transformed this 1960s era building into a modern 21st century facility, integrating a variety of CENTRIA products.

The City of Myrtle Beach was looking for an efficient method of dealing with some moisture and insulation issues at the indoor pool of the Pepper Geddings Recreation Center. Metl-Span’s Mesa insulated metal panel was chosen to solve the problems quickly and cost-effectively.

As part of Kent State University's eight-campus network, Kent State Tuscarawas in New Philadelphia, Ohio offers all the resources of a major research university in a small college atmosphere. The new Performing Arts Center (PAC) at Kent State Tuscarawas is a 50,000 sq. ft. sculptural statement of educational and artistic expression, featuring products from CENTRIA.

Omega-Lite® aluminum composite material from Laminators Inc. of Hatfield, PA, was picked by Butler Design Group of Phoenix, AZ, for use on the exterior of the newly completed Perimeter Gateway III office building, located on the DHL Campus in Scottsdale, AZ's Perimeter Center. KPML Inc. Metal Source of Phoenix, AZ, fabricated the Kynar 500-finished, Bright Silver-colored panels at the job site and then installed them on the three-story, 87,000 sq. ft. building using Laminators Inc.'s proprietary Clip & Caulk attachment system.

The Perrault Farms Harvesting hops processing facility in Toppenish, WA, is made up of four buildings supplied by Star Building Systems, totaling just under 60,000 sq. ft. Star’s DoubleLok standing seam profile in Light Stone color was used on the roof, while Star’s Desert Sand PBR panels were used on the walls, installed above exposed aggregate concrete tilt-up wainscot panels.

Pet Valu offers pet owners more than 10,000 products across Canada. Pet Valu needed a new, state-of-the-art distribution center. Requirements for the new building, to be built in Brampton, Ontario, included energy efficiency and a clean look, both of which were met through the use of insulated metal panel systems from Kingspan Insulated Panels - North America for the 670,000 sq. ft. facility's construction.

The Peter Gilgan Centre for Research and Learning at The Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids) in Toronto is the largest child health research tower in the world. Focusing on human and environmental health in five key areas, the project has achieved LEED Gold certification. Highlighting the building’s entrance and providing a welcoming look for visitors is RHEINZINK titanium zinc from RHEINZINK America Inc.

Located at Peterson Air Force Base in Colorado Springs, CO, this aircraft hangar was covered by a thru-fastened metal roof system that had severe leaks and was in critical need of replacement. That problem was solved with the help of a standing seam roof from The Garland Company Inc.

Petroleum Traders Corporation, Fort Wayne, IN, is the largest pure wholesaler of gasoline and diesel fuels in the United States, delivering one billion gallons of petroleum products annually. A newly completed headquarters building reflects the company's success. Contemporary in design, its exterior features approximately 3,600 sq. ft. of Dri-Design rainscreen panels in a variety of custom modules. Fabricated from .080" aluminum, the panels are finished in Slate Gray and Charcoal Gray colors.

The culinary students at Prince George’s Community College (PGCC) in Largo, Maryland now have a new facility to serve up their delicious creations. The college’s new Culinary Arts Center recently opened after three years of construction and is a state-of-the-art hub for PGCC’s culinary program. The Grimm + Parker designed building includes 9,800 square feet of Kingspan BENCHMARK Designwall 2000 insulated metal panels (IMPs) – 8,000 square feet in Silver Metallic and 1,800 square feet in Copper Penny.

A fresh aesthetic of gleaming stainless steel rigid mesh panels from Cambridge Architectural perform solar shading for the lobby, main atrium and Arizona’s largest indoor aquatic center of the new Phoenix Kroc Center. In fact, Cambridge Architectural metal mesh systems can be found throughout the community center.

One of the tallest structures of its kind in the world, the new 320'-tall control tower at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport can be seen from miles around. It was designed by Jacobs Facilities of Arlington, VA, and features on its exterior a Reynobond® aluminum composite panel cladding. Reynobond material is manufactured by Alcoa Architectural Products. The Riverside Group Ltd., of Windsor, Ontario, Canada fabricated the Frisco White and Custom Copper Metallic panels. Enclos Corporation of Pomona, CA, was the installer.

Techo Tile in Mission Red was used to retrofit the existing storm damaged roof of the Phoenix West condo development in Orange Beach, AL. The project received first-place honors for the commercial roofs category of ATAS International's 2023 Project Of The Year competition.

Taking advantage of the color and profile options provided by McElroy Metal, architects for the Pickens County (South Carolina) YMCA were able to provide an innovative and attractive aesthetic to the new building on campus, but still make it fit in with surrounding structures.

Located in Pickering, Ontario, the Pickering Town Centre was renovated in 2009 and re-imaged using a unifying “leaf motif”. Featured at the six entrances of the shopping center, as well as on the interior elevator, ALPOLIC ACM panels were chosen to highlight the new additions.

Located in New York City’s South Street Seaport, Pier 17 anchors an extensive redevelopment project that is focused on transforming the historic Lower Manhattan neighborhood into a thriving cultural, retail and entertainment center. Yet, for PPG and Spectrum Metal Finishing, the project is serving a secondary purpose: as the proving ground for New York City’s first application of PPG Duranar® powder coatings in a challenging marine environment.

Convenience stores often become neighborhood meeting places, so it’s important to the owner to have an attractive and low-maintenance facility. The new and busy Pik-A-Pop in Othello, WA, is just that. It was constructed with framing from Star Building Systems and insulated metal panels (IMPs) from Metl-Span.

The Pike/Pine sub-neighborhood is part of Seattle’s historic Auto Row. Located within the Capital Hill residential district, the area is said to have some of the city’s most interesting and unique buildings. Among the architectural relics is a pair of doors like no other. They were custom fabricated by Schweiss Doors of Fairfax, MN, for the courtyard entrances to the newly completed Pike Motorworks luxury apartment complex.
