The $30-million Kroc Community Center in Dayton, OH is designed to provide recreational, spiritual, educational and cultural arts programs to people of all ages in an underserved community. CENTRIA products played a significant role in the facility’s design.

For more than a decade, the patrons of the Reece Point Clubhouse at Coyote Run Golf Course were forced to put up with a leaky roof at the entrances. Rua and Son Mechanical of Lincoln, Calif., took a little extra care with the installation of the 238T Plank and Pencil Rib standing seam metal roof from McElroy Metal to solve the issues.

Performance is the first and last word when it comes to wine storage buildings. And thanks to products from Kingspan Insulated Panels, Premium Wine Storage’s new Red Custom Crush building in Healdsburg, CA performs exactly as intended. Kingspan’s KingZip metal roofing and 300 A Azteco wall panels were both utilized for the 20,000 sq. ft. building’s construction.

When the Red Mesa Unified District decided to expand Red Mesa High School with a new Career and Technical Education (CTE) building, they set out to achieve two critical requirements: meet sustainability goals and address the challenge of adding square footage to an occupied campus on a very tight site area. Metal wall panels from AEP Span played a key role in the facility's design.

Just west of Denver, nestled among huge red sandstone monoliths in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, is the state’s most celebrated piece of architecture: Red Rocks Amphitheatre. Located in Morrison, CO, Red Rocks' iconic stage was recently outfitted with a larger protective roof form. During its installation, the roof was equipped with a snow retention system from S-5!.

Metal Sales Manufacturing Corporation provided more than 67,000 total square feet of metal wall and roof panels for the Redding School of the Arts in Redding, CA, giving the facility a smart and modern look worthy of its high-profile, high performance mission.

Just off the shores of the San Francisco Bay sits the new Redwood Shores Community Library, providing a gathering place and educational center as well as an eco-friendly facility. The 21,500 sq. ft. bay-side building is topped with Morin’s SLR-16 standing seam metal roofing. The panels can be formed from Galvalume®, aluminum, zinc, copper or stainless steel, but in the case of the library project they were formed from 22-gauge steel with a Champagne Bronze Metallic paint finish.

The brand new Reed Row apartments in the Adams Morgan neighborhood of Washington, D.C. offers an eclectic, urban sophistication that is reflective of the area. Nowhere is that more evident than on the roof, where the design team created the ideal social gathering space, accentuated with claddings from RHEINZINK America Inc.

Regency at South Whitehall in Allentown, Pennsylvania is an active adult community offering a variety of single-family and townhome-style residences. To emphasize the “active” for its growing number of 55-plus-year-old homebuyers, a striking clubhouse with a signature black metal roof from Petersen has become a centerpiece of the development, offering a fitness center and pool, along with tennis and bocce courts and a number of other amenities.

There's a sculptural quality to the design of the Regent Park Aquatic Centre in Toronto Ontario, Canada. Lending to the design is a Dri-Design rainscreen cladding system fabricated from ANTHRA-ZINC, a rich, charcoal black zinc version of a VMZINC®, the international brand name of rolled zinc products manufactured and sold by the Building Products Unit of Umicore.

The City of Brampton located in the Region of Peel near Toronto, Ontario, Canada has experienced rapid growth in recent years, averaging a population increase of 20,000 people per year for several years. The large influx of people moving into the area spurred the construction of a new water storage facility and pumping station on the western edge of the region. Roofing materials from The Garland Company Inc. played a prominent role in the project.

Over its more than 130-year existence, Regions® Hospital in Minneapolis, MN, has built a reputation as a world-class trauma and emergency center. To ensure that reputation is maintained well into the future, the hospital's board embarked on a mission to build a five-story addition with a hotel-like atmosphere and VIP-type amenities. Among the materials featured on the addition's exterior are Reynobond® ACM from Alcoa Architectural Products.

REHAU® is a premium worldwide brand for polymer-based innovations and systems in construction, automotive and industrial applications. When the company needed to double the capacity of its Cullman, Alabama manufacturing facility, enabling the production, warehousing and shipping of cross-linked polyethylene piping (PEX), it turned to Wildeck products.

The original, 30-year-old metal roof over the Administration Building at Reid State Technical College in Evergreen, AL was damaged by Hurricane Ivan in 2004, causing leaks. The leaking had become progressively worse in recent years, prompting College administrators to explore roof replacement options – which eventually led to the use of standing seam metal roofing from The Garland Company Inc.

It might be a stretch to say that divine intervention played a part in the connection between long-time Star Building Systems builder G&W Builders and Reliance Church in Temecula, CA., but it certainly worked out to be a successful outcome for them both when Reliance Church was looking for the perfect team to build their new church amid the lush landscape and mountainous terrain of their hometown.

The luxurious new Renaissance Hotel at Patriot Place anchors 1.3 million sq. ft. of shopping, entertainment and commercial space located adjacent to Gillette Stadium, home of the New England Patriots, in Foxborough, MA. The five-story, four-star hotel and spa offers a distinctive personality and dramatic views of the stadium. Approximately 20,000 sq. ft. of Metl-Span CFA Architectural insulated wall panels finished in Cool Metallic Silver were utilized on the hotel's exterior. The 2 ½” thick panels were installed horizontally.

Rennen & Beecher Flats, incorporating a total of 18 condos and three ground-level retail spaces, is one of the latest in a long list of projects completed by the local nonprofit Cincinnati Center City Development Corporation in the Over-the-Rhine neighborhood. Metal wall panels from Petersen add a contemporary feel to the mixed-use project.

The Reserve at Park Ten is a master-planned office complex located in the West Houston Energy Corridor (Houston, Texas). Arcon Architects of League City, TX, designed the project’s initial structure—a six-story, 150,000 sq. ft. Class A office building with a parking garage—using a palette of low-maintenance, regionally produced, sustainable products, including metal wall panels from Berridge Manufacturing Co. of San Antonio, TX.
