Great American Pavilion

Pascal Steel Corporation, an authorized Nucor Building Systems builder, has constructed the new Great American Pavilion at California’s Great America Amusement Park in Santa Clara, California. The facility is home to the Red Zone Rally pregame events for San Francisco 49ers home games and other Levi’s® Stadium events as well as corporate events, community gatherings, product launches, holiday parties and much more.

Denton County Transit Authority

When the Denton County Transit Authority (DCTA) in Denton, Texas was in need of a new facility to support the rapid growth of buses, environmental consideration was crucial to continue their efforts to save fuel and eliminate carbon dioxide emissions. To help achieve sustainability and durability, DCTA used insulated metal wall panels and single skin metal roof and soffit panels manufactured by MBCI.

Farm Banquet Center

The Farm Banquet Center in Selma, NC is an eye-catching banquet hall and amphitheater made up of five building systems that total just over 14,000 sq. ft. Metal building framing and related products from Star Building Systems were used in the facility’s construction.

Colorado State Bank & Trust

For more than 40 years, the Colorado State Bank & Trust building has stood sentry at 1600 Broadway, ushering financiers, artists, retailers and tourists alike into Denver’s thriving Central Business District. However, its brown, rocky façade has cut a less-than-impressive profile in recent times. Helping return the building to its former glory, the architectural team of Gensler – Denver turned to Reynobond® Aluminum Composite Material (ACM) from Alcoa Architectural Products.

Harper Fiat

The new Harper Fiat dealership in Knoxville, Tennessee boasts a grand showroom with parts and service departments. Interstate Steel Corp. of Knoxville, Tennessee worked with Vulcraft Verco Group, a supplier of steel joists, steel joist girders and steel decking, to complete the 11,500 sq. ft. facility.

WMS Boathouse

Shortly after taking office, Chicago’s mayor Rahm Emanuel identified the Chicago River as “the city’s next recreational frontier.“ He announced plans to build four boathouses as “anchors to the river’s future development.“ The recently completed WMS Boathouse at Clark Park on the northwest side of the city is the second of the new boathouses to open and establishes an iconic presence on the river. Vertically oriented Flat Lock panels from RHEINZINK America Inc. cover significant portions of the building's main façade.

Derwood Bible Church

Derwood Bible Church, in Derwood, Maryland, provides a new and improved worship location and achieved the silver level of LEED® accreditation for its green building practices. In addition to a worship space, the 18,000-square-foot building, built by Gardiner & Gardiner Contracting LLC, an American Buildings Company (ABC) Authorized Builder, includes a nursery/toddler area, rehearsal room and conference rooms.

More than 8,300 square feet of Metal Sales™ wall panels were used to outfit the new Fayetteville Montessori Elementary School in Fayetteville, AR. The school’s unique design and building requirements made it a great fit for metal cladding.

Central Baptist Hospital Expansion

Behind every hospital project lies a design-build challenge. To treat and serve its occupants, the building can be sterile and austere. But a cold, clinical environment provides very little comfort to patients enduring sickness or injury. Brett Construction Co., a Varco Pruden Builder, sought to resolve the dilemma in their design and construction of a medical outpatient office for Central Baptist Hospital, a center of excellence focused on the care and treatment of patients in Winchester, Ky.

ElectriPack Inc. Headquarters

A bright blue entryway, rendered in Omega-Lite aluminum composite material from Laminators Inc., welcomes employees and visitors to the new home of ElectriPack Inc. in the Dayton, Ohio suburb of Miamisburg. The company moved in September 2013 from its former location just a few miles to the west, into the new spec building, which is located in the Austin Business Park.

Northwestern Mutual Headquarters

Northwestern Mutual, a financial services company based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, has expanded into a new, modern office space – in a building that is nearly a century old. The company completely renovated the interior of Milwaukee’s Van Buren building, built in 1926, and Banker Wire woven wire mesh now clads its central elevator banks.

James R. Herman Cruise Terminal At Pier 27

The James R. Herman Cruise Terminal at Pier 27 is named in honor of a former port commissioner and president of the International Longshore and Warehouse Union. Featuring architectural metal products from CENTRIA, the new terminal at the Port of San Francisco is point of entry for many of the cruise lines that come to port. The space can also accommodate special events and functions.

Port Of Miami Tunnel

PPG Industries’ (NYSE:PPG) coil and building products group supplied Duranar® XL and Duracron® coatings to the new Port of Miami Tunnel, which is made up of two 4,200-foot-long highway tunnels that travel under Biscayne Bay, connecting the MacArthur Causeway on Watson Island to the Port of Miami on Dodge Island.

Perrault Farms Harvesting

The Perrault Farms Harvesting hops processing facility in Toppenish, WA, is made up of four buildings supplied by Star Building Systems, totaling just under 60,000 sq. ft. Star’s DoubleLok standing seam profile in Light Stone color was used on the roof, while Star’s Desert Sand PBR panels were used on the walls, installed above exposed aggregate concrete tilt-up wainscot panels.

Adobe Office - Lehi, Utah

Distinctive, awesome and bold. That was the design goal for the new corporate campus of Adobe in Lehi, Utah. The 680,000-square-foot campus is located directly off a major highway, putting the headquarters on display with the Traverse Mountains serving as a stunning backdrop. Dri-Design panels made with VMZINC brought a bold statement and identity to the structure while invoking a natural connection with the surroundings.

Fox Vakanties

There's something decidedly European and unmistakably exotic about the design of the new Fox Vakanties headquarters. Given the structure is located in Hoofddorp, The Netherlands and is home to a Dutch company that specializes in booking exotic vacations, neither should come as a surprise. What might raise eyebrows is that the unique building, clad in part with RHEINZINK prePATINA graphite-grey angled standing seam reveal panels, was actually designed by an architectural firm headquartered in the United States.

PNC Field Renovation

PNC Field, home to the AAA Scranton-Wilkes Barre Yankees baseball team, underwent a $40 million upgrade that resulted in a completely renovated facility that was ready for the 2013 season. The new look PNC Field features the modern amenities and the intimate setting that today’s fans are looking for, along with metal products by CENTRIA that add to the festive surroundings.

Manchester Municipal Complex

Architects for the new buildings at the Manchester (NH) Municipal Complex were searching for a metal panel that provided an aesthetic that worked with the mostly brick design. They found it in the offerings from Morin, A Kingspan Group Company.
