The uniqueness of a free-standing emergency room is rivaled only by the uniqueness of the design concept of the new Legacy ER in Allen, TX. Described by some as a “metal origami," the facility functions both as a state-licensed emergency facility as well as an urgent care clinic. The emergency room–open 24 hours a day, seven days a week–features on its exterior an architectural robe of zinc panels from RHEINZINK America Inc., Woburn, MA.

As part of an aggressive master plan for its campus, the University of Houston demolished an existing seven-acre apartment complex and constructed Cougar Place Replacement Housing. The contemporary 300,000 sq. ft., four-story building – featuring metal panels from Petersen Aluminum - includes 800 student beds and will house sophomore and other upper-class level students.

From the front office to the dugout, members of the Birmingham Barons Double-A baseball club will tell you their 2013 Southern League Championship title was the result of a total team effort. Johnson C. Smith University (JCSU) of Charlotte, NC, needed a new dormitory to increase its student housing, and the historic West End district of Charlotte was in need of revitalization. The new Penn Medicine Washington Square outpatient medical facility opened in September 2013 in the Walnut Towers property at the corner of 8th and Walnut streets in Philadelphia’s Center City with plenty of parking. In fact, this new 12-story medical office tower – featuring aluminum composite material cladding from 3A Composites USA - was built over an existing seven-story garage featuring 600 parking spaces.

The proprietors of TWO-EE’s Winery, its board and community members broke ground in April 2012 for a 6,000 square-foot winery near Roanoke, Indiana. The result is a beautiful facility featuring products from Varco Pruden Buildings.

Catering to the business traveler the new Marriott SpringHill Suites in Corona, NY blends contemporary styling with modern amenities to keep its guests revitalized and focused. The hotel's sleek, inviting look was created by blending 66,000 sq. ft. of Omega-Lite® panels from Laminators Inc. into its design.

The new Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton serves members of the military in a healing and calming environment – from the moment they arrive on the hospital’s campus to the moment they leave. A four-story parking garage, featuring Banker Wire metal fabric railings and partitions, helps establish this calming environment and creates a sense of tranquility for patients.

The combination of Metl-Span engineering and products met the challenging design demands of the new Western Nassau Water Authority administrative office building in North New Hyde Park, NY.

At the Metropolitan Knoxville (Tennessee) Airport Authority, the buildings that housed all the maintenance vehicles, equipment, and personnel were antiquated and becoming cramped. A decision was made to tear down the old buildings and replace them with a larger, more efficient, all encompassing Airfield Maintenance Complex - featuring metal wall and roof panels from The Garland Company Inc.

Del Frisco’s Grille in Houston, TX is where you'll find an application for RHEINZINK titanium zinc that is both innovative and inspiring. There, the material was used to clad the establishment's interior walls, ceiling and bar top. RHEINZINK material is a product of RHEINZINK America Inc., Woburn, MA.

The Discovery Park of America is a striking new multi-million dollar education center and tourist attraction in Union City, TN, a small town of approximately 11,000 people located in the rural, western area of the state. The centerpiece of the 50 acre park is the 100,000 sq. ft. Discovery Center, featuring metal roofing from Petersen Aluminum.

Metal Sales™ metal roof and wall panels outfit the LEED® Gold certified Jim Beam® American Stillhouse and Distillery in Clermont, KY. The Stillhouse showcases Jim Beam’s bourbon-making process by hosting tours in a sustainable and visually appealing facility.

A long, monotonous headquarters was not the image restaurant supply company KaTom was looking to portray when it moved to Kodak, Tenn. The group, therefore, set out to reimagine the 2005 log home manufacturing facility it purchased to serve as its new headquarters. A Dri-Design Wall Panel System helped achieve this goal by creating a welcoming structure reflective of the company culture and purpose.

The beautiful new Crowder College McDonald County facility, located in Jane, Missouri, features metal building products from Metallic Building Company. The Metallic builder for the project was Farrell Construction Inc., who has developed a longstanding relationship with the college by working on projects with other departments of the school for the past few years.

The designers of the Hofbrauhaus-Chicago brewery wanted to hide that new building's rooftop equipment. They also wanted an overall aesthetic for the project that closely matched that of the well-known Royal Brewery in Munich, Germany. Thanks to rooftop equipment screening from RoofScreen Manufacturing, they were able to meet those objectives and more.
